**Terms and Conditions for Software as a Service (SaaS)**

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the software services provided by Element ZO through its Software as a Service (SaaS) platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within UAE.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Company's website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
